SwimSafe Training

This lifeguard inservice with Nicole is designed to refresh and strengthen the skills necessary to provide a safe and effective aquatic environment. Participants will review emergency procedures, surveillance techniques, rescues, first aid skills, and other critical lifeguarding responsibilities. Attendance and active participation are required to maintain readiness throughout the season.

Please arrive wearing a bathing suit and bring a towel. This training will include both dry-land and in-water skill practice, so be prepared to participate in physical activities throughout the session. Lifeguards should arrive on time and ready to engage in all portions of the training.
